And Yet More Obscessive Compulsive Decorating!

I told you I have alot of stuff! Not having the energy I used to have,
I find the organizing and
laying out of the decorations a bit taxing. I still love it!
I just have to accept the decorations have to be done in stages
and it may take a few days to
finish.

We do have fun with the stuff for sure.
We add something new every year.

This is my village.
I began painting the houses 17 years ago.
I would add more and more details or houses each year.
It began with the downtown one. My mom gave it to me as a Christmas gift one year.
About 6 years ago I found the East Coast Themed village of porcelain,
and I purchased it to add
to mine. I have had the ice rink for about 16 years.

I have a habit of giving away motion gifts, so the fact that we have the motion rink and park and the festive Snowman and penguins is amazing.
Can you imagine how many of those moving
Santas and Snowmen are in our families' homes from ME!?
This could make me the favourite relative, or the one everyone hates for
"another noisey
repetitive gift".
This year I gave out a few talking Christmas Cards. Heheheheh!

What a pretty village Lynn! And the snow and the lights! I think I'm getting a little vertigo from the flyover though ;o) just a little. Great music in the background too.

Glad you're feeling somewhat better and enjoying the holiday decorating!

Oh, it wouldn't do to let my DH anywhere near your motion toys! When we go to the stores he's like a kid. He pushes the sound buttons on every one of the counter full of them and then just watches me die!! He's such an imp.

Renny sent me here and I'm so glad he did! Your Village is charming beyond words! And, my Bestest Friend in the Whole World, introduced that song on your Video in a film called"Neptune's Daughter"...How delightful to see your video and hear this song, too!

You have the same Christmas festive spirit as I do! Yah! I have about 20 pairs of earrings and 10 sweater/sweatshirts/vests!! Kids at school love it!
I also have lots of white lights on greenery in my house!

Keep at it!

What a movie, that was super cool...and isn't it great you have that history of all those pieces. The skating rink is very impressive.

Was that Les Paul and Mary Ford? I regonize the guitar sounds....? But not sure...?
