Well these are the photos I have taken so far.
I expect to do more tomorrow.
Today and yesterday I had limited amounts of good light for photos.
I expect tomorrow to be better.

The Pembroke Travelodge
Pool-it is a covered outdoor/indoor pool.
The roof can be retracted.
Has Hot Tub, Sauna, and Gym besides the play tables seen.
This is the view from the restaurant.

This is the interior of the restaurant

This was one of my lunches.
Grilled salmon with strawberries on a bed of greens.
Drizzled with balsamic.

Queen Room

This is the park of the Millenium Boardwalk in Pembroke.

Postcard Shot of lighthouse

Each board of the boardwalk was donated.

Dedication to town mens baseball

"Phantom" wet dog prints. LOL

Another postcard shot.

At sunset the seagulls when crazy catchin the bugs!

Right along the trees in this shot is a white grey streak of the mass of gulls.

Now we are in the suite we were moved to.
Has fancy schmancy robes.

King bed, Queen sofa bed and recliner chair and Data ports for comupter.

Three Person Whirlpool Tub.

So far we have had a pretty relaxing time. We found a restaurant in town we like too. It is called Finnegans. We have had dinner their twice now.

Our coupons for the hotel covered our breakfast, and we had a credit of .22cents.
The breakfast was good.

We went to the CANEX store on the base today.
Got some sweet stuff for the kids.
Plus a bunch of "Support our Troops" car magnets and window decals and pins and key chains and dog tags and stickers for everyone.

I got myself a fleace pullover.
The CANEX is about the size of a Kmart.
There is also a large grocery store too.

I also secured a suite for us for 2 weeks from now.
I will bring the kids up with me, and Amber is home in Renfrew that week for dentist, so she can come and visit us.

Nice! WE go through Pettawawa on our way to Chalk River and Deep River and further to cross the Ottawa into Quebec where our summer log cabin camp is.

Is this where you got your knitting bag?!! We have a Canex just north of us in Borden.
